My family and I have lived in the Oyster River School District for the past twenty seven years. I have owned and invested in Durham, Lee, and Madbury. We purchased out "forever home", a 56 acre farm in Madbury, where we live and work. I love this area of the Seacoast, and decided that the Oyster River School District was a great place to raise my family. My two boys, now 26 and 21 both started at Moharimet Elementary, and graduated from Oyster River High School. My daughter, age 9, will be completing 4th grade this year at Moharimet. I have actively participated in the Oyster River Youth Association for the past 22 years coaching soccer, and continue to love the community that is Oyster River!!
I have been a successful realtor for the past 22 years, and started my own company, Allen Family Real Estate, in 2008. I pride myself on offering the best customer service in the seacoast. As a home owner, a real estate investor, and a business owner, I bring my experience and knowledge to all of my clients to help them achieve their financial goals. I enjoy educating clients about the market, and everything real estate has to offer as an investment vehicle. I specialize in working with first time buyers, and investors. Tricia and I personally own 24 rental units, and continue to expand our portfolio, while having helped other investor clients purchase over an additional 250 units.
